Super Hotel O Elite Stay

It's not worth no water lot of mosquitoes and rude staff

Hotel is very good staff is also friendly But management is asked for extra pay I already pay online but management not satisfied with that amount I paid 200 extra cash at reception

Staff is rude and not cooperating, I has booked two rooms but they allotted only one room at check-in, second was allotted after half day. Room was very dirty and AC leakage in the room. Seem company is interested in only hourly couple business, very bad policy.

Company management, now they interested in only hourly couple business.

We had a memorable stay. Good environment, Spacious Room. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Bad

It was so dirty that first thing after reaching I had to tell the boy sitting on reception to change the Bedsheets so that me and my sister can sleep, as we reached at midnight. You can't even use the washroom it was so so dirty. I still have pictures of the washroom with me. We were just coming to the room to sleep. It was my worst experience. I would never recommend anyone to go to that place. It was terrible.

The staff was very helpful especially help me with what I needed and asked Restaurant was good. It was just an awesome stay at a fair price.

Staff is helpful. It’s suitable for business travel and just for sleeping.

Cockroaches all around. Washroom is very very small. Property is very basic and cleanliness is average . It’s very far from city centre
